Organization User-base

Early Access Program Agreement

The following is a legal agreement between you and Metascape, LLC ("Metascape") and informs you about important aspects of your potential participation in the Metascape Early Access Program ("Program") and your obligations as a participant. It is important that you actually read it!

The Metascape modeling tool is a commercial pre-release product and will contain bugs, which in an extreme case could result in a loss of work or faulty results. This product may not be suited for production or for reporting of formal scientific results. You must read and conform to all license terms for the Metascape software as descirbed in the EARLY ACCESS USER LICENSE section. Your participation in the Program and acess to the software may be ended at any time and for any reason by either you or Metascape. f you, your organization, or an organization you act for currently offer ABM software or services, you will inform us of that fact in the text area below. You may not disguise your relationship with a potentially competitive organization, for example by using a private email address or applying for participation as unaffiliated. (Such a relationship will neither exclude nor ensure your participation.) You agree to the terms of the Metascape privacy policy.
