We've launched a public bugzilla site at http://bugs.metascapeabm.com. We looked at a number of issue tracking solutions, including Trac as a close second, but settled on Bugzilla because of its features and broad usage within the Eclipse community. We encourage all metaABM users to post bugs and feature requests. Please note that the main metascape page login will not work for bugs, you'll need to create a new login for bugzilla.
