Got it, thanks. I think I just need to add metaabm as a valid upload extension or something. I'll check into it.
I was finally able to duplicate the bug. I realized that I typically use Cmd-X (Cut) to remove acts, and as this only happens with Delete (its a subtly different EMF command) so I hadn't noticed it before. I'll put a fix in, and in the meantime as a work around (not work around really as it works just as well!), just use the "Cut" command instead.
