sure, I'm happy to test it. I think that the reason that we needed the second set of quotes, though, is that windows path names allows spaces which confuses lot's of tools. The launch file seems to get built so that the path argument in PROGRAM_ARGUMENTS is not in quotes of any sort. I believe that is the underlying issue, not the way I hand edited in the quotes. I've attached a text file so you can see exactly what I did.

Yep, that's exactly it -- this was just an oversight in testing, as OS X also allows spaces. I don't have them, but Windows practically requires it as the default doc location has them. Anyhow, I think I've resolved it -- I'll post a reply when the next milestone is available later this week.

This has been fixed in svn and is part of 1.1 drop.
